Closes #32932 ## Summary - Show debugger values as an expandable tree, with the first level visible immediately and deeper variables loaded on demand. - Show the debugger value without waiting for a slow language server, then show LSP documentation below it when it arrives. If debug evaluation fails, keep the regular LSP hover. - Keep the hover within the editor while expanding or resizing, with a visible scrollbar and a hint for variable actions. - Support mouse, keyboard, Vim, and Helix navigation.
