Plugins: HTTP, secrets, and management from the CLI, MCP, and projects 
- HTTP through Extism's http_request to the hosts a manifest names, over https, and to a host the user enters in a setting, over http too. Redirects are not followed.
- secret settings, kept in a per-platform encrypted store rather than the settings file, and danger toggles, which warn.
- plugin.list, plugin.install, and plugin.uninstall operations, in a new plugins scope, which give the CLI and the MCP plugin commands and tools.
- A Manage plugins dialog, opened from Settings and from each project's settings.
- iOS HTTP and secret store, untested.
