Darkatse f4e48eccc5 refactor(layout): move mobile viewport ownership into native hosts

Consume system bars, cutouts and docked keyboards in Android and iOS,
then let web content use the resulting viewport. Publish window wallpaper
strips through one shared background path.

Remove the old CSS and IME compensation layers, update layout ABI v2,
and keep the matching documentation and behavior tests together.

TauriTavern 的宿主 API 位于 window.__TAURITAVERN__.api。使用前等待宿主就绪：

api.mcp	MCP 服务器、工具发现、权限与测试调用
