pulse-triage[bot] 6199517ea8 Align the E2E bootstrap seed with the governed Alpine runtime 
Complete the separate Compose digest refresh on current main. Bind the seed default to the shared runtime pin and prove that a well-formed older seed or changed consumer default cannot pass same-run image admission. Keep token setup, isolation, image overrides and terminal provider failures unchanged; local source proof is not hosted image delivery.
