Keep typed guest-agent cases on the existing namespaced fixture identity so recycled loopback ports cannot inherit a previous synthetic guest cooldown. Add a forced shared-listener regression without clearing the production admission registry. Set the pinned loser peer deadline before cancellation can close the pipe, exercise the already-closed ordering deterministically, and verify that the winning connection stays usable. No runtime, transport policy, cooldown or admission behaviour changes.
