Correct release help to the weekly stable target

State the seven-day stable target, candidate eligibility one day earlier and possible qualification delay in both guide copies. Verify those distinctions through the shipped Docs consumer at desktop and narrow sizes, while retaining daily-beta and safe ordinary-use guidance.

Contract-Neutral: Existing release guidance and its browser check only; no runtime, release machinery or subsystem contract change.
