Studio: label the Chat with files composer pill Files instead of RAG (#14179)
## What changed
The Chat with files pill in the chat composer now reads "Files" instead
of "RAG", both the label and its compact-mode hover tooltip
(`data-pill-label`). "Files" is the short form of the panel's "Chat with
files" title and is clearer than the acronym. The embedding model pin
and unpin labels in Settings ("Pin to the RAG menu") pointed at that
same menu, so they now say the Files menu in all 14 locales. The pill is
not translated, so every locale names it literally as Files. The panel
header keeps "Chat with files (RAG)", and the pill's accessible name
stays "Retrieval source".
## Verification
- `npm run typecheck` passes; the 567 RAG, composer and knowledge-base
tests pass. Biome reports nothing new in the touched file.
- Isolated Studio built from this branch, Playwright (Chromium): turning
on Chat with files from the composer + menu shows the pill as "Files"
with `data-pill-label="Files"`, and no page errors. In Settings >
General > Documents & RAG, hovering an embedding model's pin shows "Pin
to the Files menu".
The composer with Chat with files on: the pill now reads Files.

names the Files menu.
