Release prep for v7.0.0 (#2488) 
- RELEASE-NOTES.md: v7.0.0 section covering everything on dev since v6.4.2,
  led by the brainstorming rebuild (#2463, #2482, #2483)
- Bump all 11 declared manifests to 7.0.0; OpenCode pin examples point at #v7.0.0
- bump-version.sh --audit matches whole version strings only, so 7.0.0 no
  longer matches inside 127.0.0.1
- test-render-graphs.sh resolves the real node binary so its empty-PATH case
  works under version-manager shims (mise, asdf)
