Jason Monk 720d33242d Add Compose screens with mock data, Roborazzi screenshot tests, and HTML dashboard 
13 Compose screens with 27 state variations matching the UI design doc:
- WelcomeScreen, MainDashboardScreen (6 states), AddIntegrationPickerScreen,
  NotificationPreferencesScreen, SettingUpScreen (3 states),
  IntegrationEnabledScreen, IntegrationManageScreen (2 states),
  DeviceCodeApprovalScreen (2 states), ConnectionConfirmedScreen,
  AuditHistoryScreen (3 states), SettingsScreen (2 states),
  HealthConnectSetupScreen, HealthConnectSettingsScreen

Roborazzi screenshot testing:
- 27 screenshot tests capturing every screen state
- Baseline screenshots in app/screenshots/
- Record: ./gradlew :app:recordRoborazziDebug
- Verify: ./gradlew :app:verifyRoborazziDebug

HTML dashboard (app/screenshots/dashboard.html) showing all screens
organized by flow.

Build config:
- Added Compose BOM, Material 3, Navigation Compose, Roborazzi deps
- Kotlin Compose plugin enabled
- Detekt/ktlint configured for Composable functions
- Placeholder launcher icon (fixes pre-existing build issue)
- BouncyCastle META-INF packaging exclusion
