Make Preview and Download links stable by adding the Recoll UDI.
...
Allows bookmarking.
Also added a "Link" link to each result to allow bookmarking the result itself.
Respectively controlled by webui_permlink and webui_res_permlink config options.

Merge from https://github.com/koniu/recoll-webui/pull/61
- Changed JSON endpoint to allow paged json, use without page parameter (or
page=0) to get unpaged result
- Added snippets and highlight parameters to search url, use highlight=0 to
disable search term highlighting, snippets=0 to disable snippet
generation.
- Added optional usjon module support

- Updated bottle module to 0.12.13.

- Imported up to date version of rclconfig.py (+ conftree.py)
- Adapt urllib imports
- Needed explicit integer division in places (//)
- Recoll result records contain utf-8 bytes: can't mix with 'xx' need b'xx'
- has_key -> in
- StringIO -> io.StringIO

download links to files directly (file://) are not supported anymore by most browsers. Basides, I have the application running anyhow on a different server. Network file path' on local machines are anyhow different.

I run recoll-webui under a differnt path using WSGI and mod_proxy. So the application runs under /recoll/
The download link should therefore point to
/recoll/download (not) /download
This change fixes that

Some browsers (chrome, ie) do not support margin-left style specs on <option> elements. Use multiple nbsps instead. Yes ugly... temp workaround while waiting for a master of style ?
