* test(managed-agent): add the FG12d MCP release fault gate (#14447) * test(managed-agent): pin the FG12d release and settle witnesses Require the held release dispatch to answer running before the kill, so a synchronously settled release cannot satisfy the lookup witness; filter the status witness to a settled 200 for the original release id; assert the released server exits once instead of claiming it survives; accept the lifecycle 409 conflicts while retrying settle_resources; and correct the docs' saveEffects/status/timing claims.
