A task owned by a secondary workspace answered notFound without any state migration, and because both callbacks counted notFound as a successful removal the UI cleared state anyway. Group each request by the task's workspaceCwd and call through the workspace-qualified route (standalone tasks keep the legacy path); notFound now surfaces as a per-session error and the task stays in the catalog. Regression pins: qualified routing for archive and restore with a secondary-workspace task and a standalone task in one call, and a notFound answer that keeps the tab and reports the session id; the three pre-existing archive tests move to workspace-scoped spies. That missing sentence is the same omission that allowed the secondary-Workspace bug, so the docs now carry it. Both languages state that each callback groups ids by the task's own workspaceCwd and calls the workspace-qualified route, that ids with no recorded workspace keep the legacy unscoped call, and that a notFound answer now keeps the task listed and reports a per-session error instead of clearing UI state for an operation the daemon never performed.
