* fix(web-shell): preserve slash highlighting in user messages Fixes #14161 * perf(web-shell): trim slash highlighting bundle overhead Render highlighted text through a plain helper, keep captured line breaks, and only mount the URL renderer for text that can contain an explicit URL. Reuse the existing scoped data attribute for styling. This reduces the transcript JavaScript guard count from 1,332,162 to 1,331,354 UTF-16 units.
