Ouroboros 93f228bbc3 Show a schedule row's stored error in Activity and manage_schedules ... A note whose chat write raised is consumed and recorded with last_error="delivery not confirmed", never retried. Neither schedule surface showed that: Activity rendered the row as "consumed · independent · already fired" and the manage_schedules projection did not carry last_error, so the owner and the model both saw an ordinary fired note. Activity now appends "last error: <text>" (escaped) to any row that stored one, beside the existing "waiting:" tag; the model-facing projection carries last_error, bounded like every other text field. The Activity HTTP projection already passed the raw field through. Consume-before-show and the no-auto-retry rule are unchanged: a consumed note still offers no Enable or retry control. Tests: the real failing-send path shows status "consumed" with the error in the manage_schedules list and in the Activity projection, a row without an error carries none, and a long error is bounded; the web test renders the tag on a consumed note and nothing on a clean row.
