Ouroboros ee9c19cea8 Merge ouroboros 4b9401846 into the storage change 
Brings in the Claudexor 4.0 integration (#1740), the Storage dashboard
(#1743), composer sizing (#1739), the continue-plan source identity fixes
(#1746) and the joi-lab mirror refresh (#1732).

Conflicts were documentation only: the PERSISTENCE rows keep both sides'
facts (the storage change's headless, usage-archive, observability and
pack rows; upstream's managed-runtime and Claudexor-root rows), the
architecture chapters take upstream's rewrites plus the storage facts
(packer in the exit census, packed handles restored before a switch, the
Storage module line beside the custody line without the deleted memo), and
the generated domain map and inventories are regenerated. Our own sentences
were shortened so the Architecture book stays within its base size.
