Ouroboros f822231804 Say the overview is loaded into every integrating context 
prompts/SYSTEM.md (## Memory): since the memory view a helper child or nanny
starts without the knowledge index (D-10), so "loaded into every context"
was no longer true for every focus. The sentence now says integrating
context and that a helper reads the overview on demand. Owner authority:
batch 1 item 13b (SYSTEM.md Memory edits in this PR). The
test_memory_people_prompts pin (overview + context in one claim) holds.
