Preserve the selected 9419 cut and the existing PR1778 repair history. Complete pre-paint composer fitting without cancelling owner selection motion, and retain pytest subtest failures without counting them as repeated parent executions. Keep the reporter usable with older pytest. Separate required and optional provider qualification as explicitly chosen by the owner; both producers remain strict and optional failures stay visible. Synchronize the 7.7.0 carriers and preserve contributor, migration, rollback and known-limit disclosures. Isolate synthetic staged-book fixtures from the real index. Start the async contention oracle at sender readiness; its new 10s preparation bound is separate from the unchanged contention/custody assertions. The historical preparation delay remains unattributed.
