assets(icon): round the macOS app icon to the Apple squircle grid

The bundled macOS icon was a full-bleed square (sharp corners), so it stood out
against the rounded dock neighbours. macOS does not mask app icons, so the shape
must be baked into the .icns.

Regenerate assets/icon.icns from assets/icon_1024.png on Apple's macOS icon grid:
824x824 body centered in a 1024 canvas (100px transparent margin) with a
continuous-curvature squircle (superellipse, n=5) mask, supersampled 4x for crisp
edges, compiled with iconutil across all standard sizes. The source art
(icon_1024.png) is unchanged.
