Subject: [PATCH] Name presence among the foci that keep the whole horizon

BIBLE P1 "The subject of continuity" said the whole horizon stays
resident where the whole is integrated: main chat, root tasks,
consciousness. The code already gives Presence the same whole story
(ouroboros/memory_view.py INTEGRATING = integrator, consciousness,
presence; the owner's decision in the memory sprint's second batch), and
docs/architecture/06-agent-core.md already names Main, a root,
consciousness and Presence. Add presence to the constitution's list so the
three agree; nothing else in the paragraph changes.

Protected-file edits in this commit: BIBLE.md only, authorized by the
owner's answer 3=A on the memory sprint's final report (2026-10-04).
docs/CHECKLISTS.md (items 18 and 20) and prompts/SYSTEM.md do not
enumerate the integrating foci, so they are left unchanged.
