Yuval Dinodia 7b33c8babd fix(plugins): skip operator-managed load-path plugins in plugins update (#172432) ... A plugin selected through plugins.load.paths has no install owner, so plugins update resolved it with resolveLifecycle, recorded an ownership rejection, and aborted the whole --all run with refresh-registry advice. Use the ownership resolver's resolveUpdate like openclaw update already does. Operator-managed plugins are reported with the shared plugin-operator-managed warning and skipped, so remaining plugins still update and a named update no longer fails.		2026-10-15 14:23:02 +03:00
