fix(memory): route transcript corpus core types through runtime bridges

#163234 gave session-transcript-corpus.ts and its new types file direct
imports of core modules (CanonicalSessionReaderContinuation and
OpenClawConfig). The memory-host-sdk boundary contract only allows core
references from the openclaw-runtime-*.ts bridge files, so
extension-package-project-boundaries.test.ts went red on main.

Re-export the continuation type from openclaw-runtime-session.ts and take
OpenClawConfig from openclaw-runtime-config.ts. Type-only; no runtime change.

Proof: extension-package-project-boundaries.test.ts 10/10,
session-transcript-corpus.test.ts 13/13, tsgo:core clean.
