Adds an optional "Max output tokens" number input to the episode profile form, mirroring num_segments handling: zod validation (positive integer, clearable to null), form defaults/reset, and submit payload. Shows the value in episode card details and adds max_tokens to the episode profile types. Includes maxTokens/maxTokensInteger/maxTokensPositive translation keys in all 14 locales (the locale parity test requires new keys everywhere).
