generate_podcast_command hands every speaker profile to podcast-creator, whose SpeakerProfile requires tts_provider/tts_model. Profiles without a voice model (the seeded business_panel / solo_expert ship that way) were kept without those fields, so SpeakerConfig validation failed for every podcast, even when generating with a complete profile. Speaker profiles without a voice model are now removed from the config with a warning, like unresolvable episode profiles. The selected profile is never removed: it is validated earlier and still fails with a clear error. The test validates the resulting config with podcast-creator's SpeakerConfig.
