Turning a page in a book that was copied onto the phone still opens a connection to whichever server is connected, before finding there is nothing there matching it. The new local network check was skipping those books, on the reasoning that the server had nothing to say about them, which left exactly the timeouts it was meant to avoid. Whether the connection would be made is now the only question asked. |
