Kirill Minovsky 506dc16d43 feat: the QUIC column names the hosts that serve no HTTP/3 
An endpoint that serves no HTTP/3 is not a row the column can answer: its cell
prints the dash and the column's total counts only the rest, so this list is
what decides which rows the column is asked about at all. It grew from the
hosts measured that way.
