iamtoruk 138ef34280 fix(mac): fold the three notification switches into one section ... Updates, Codex banked resets and early quota resets each had their own one-toggle Section in General. Three sibling headers for three checkboxes is not an information architecture. One Notifications section, three toggles, each keeping its own help text and defaults key.
