Adds codeburn project link <folder> <project>, project unlink <folder> and project links, so a folder that is not a checkout of a repo can join that repo's project row. Links live in config.json, apply at report time wherever rows are grouped or filtered, cover subfolders (longest link wins), and never touch the day cache, so unlink works on cached days.
