* feat(devin): read usage from sessions.db
Devin keeps every request in sessions.db message_nodes; the transcript
exports hold only a few sessions. Usage now comes from the store, one
source per non-hidden session, read in node_id keyset batches with only
the needed JSON fields pulled. Sibling retries share a request_id and
dedup on it; off-main-chain requests count. SQLITE_BUSY is rethrown so
the refresh retries. Transcripts are read only when the database is
missing or has no message_nodes, so the two never double count.
The legacy metadata.metrics path no longer carves cache reads out of an
input_tokens count that never included them.
sessions.db sources rely on the WAL-folded fingerprint instead of a
forced reparse. Parse version sessions-db-v1; daily cache v43 with devin
in PENDING_REDERIVE, since transcript-era days dated steps on the
session's last activity.

Devin transcripts carry no committed_acu_cost, so the ACU path priced every session at zero and devin.acuUsdRate hid them all until it was set by hand. Cost now comes from each step's tokens and its generation_model through the shared pricing tables, with the cached share carved out of OpenAI-style prompt_tokens; swe-2-high stays unpriced at $0. Task text is the user turn, then the sessions.db title, then prompt_history. The menubar ACU field, its config store and the config key are gone. Separate commit: gpt-5-3-codex ids resolve to the gpt-5.3-codex pricing row instead of the base gpt-5 row.

* fix(devin): drop unused MCP-coupled types, dead guard, harden metrics fallback
- Remove the @modelcontextprotocol/sdk JsonSchemaType import and the unused
ToolDefinition/FunctionDefinition types it served; type Agent.tool_definitions
as unknown since the parser never reads it (no dependency warranted).
- Remove isImageContentPart: unused, and its `"image" in part` check could never
be true (image parts carry `source`/`type`, not `image`).
- Use the `type` discriminant in isTextContentPart instead of property presence.
- getMetricsFromStep: fall back to legacy metadata.metrics when step.metrics is
present but empty, so a partial metrics object cannot silently zero usage.
- Tests: cover the empty step.metrics fallback and image-only message normalization.
