chore: prune 76 dead, archived and stale entries (#1004) 
Removes entries whose repo is deleted (404), archived, or has had no
commit in over 6 months, per the maintenance standard in contributing.md.

Also adds three previously blocked submissions whose only problem was
invalid YAML (unquoted values containing ': '): AgentBox, Boffin, Godmode.
