Polish Files and Memory selection toolbars 
Place a shared borderless clear-selection control before the selection count.
Make Files Delete and Memory Copy, Export, and Delete actions icon-only while
preserving accessible labels and delete confirmation. Keep narrow layouts
wrapping cleanly and give the Files toolbar 8px rounded corners.

Verified live Files and Memory layouts, keyboard focus, and selection clearing;
confirmed the Files corner radius in the browser.
