Consolidate plugin creation, review, and contribution behind a0-create-plugin with focused references and brief troubleshooting. Honor explicit local or community intent and ask once when unclear. Keep a0-manage-plugin as the discovery and lifecycle entrypoint, with Plugin Index filtering, candidate assessment, and framework API operations. Retire redundant skills and update documentation and discovery tests. Validation: 38 targeted tests passed in a clean snapshot. Verified both entrypoints and six references in the live runtime and exercised Index discovery at localhost:32081 without installing plugins or running security scans. |
