Address both gatekeeper findings: sanitize inherited WebView2 overrides before creating threads, force the fresh owned user-data folder and controlled browser arguments, and verify the environment's actual user-data directory. Every runner launch injects conflicting temporary overrides and checks that their folder stays unused. Require heartbeat advancement during the final two post-input intervals, after F8 confirms the last input arrived. Add a negative native check that deliberately stops only those heartbeats and verifies the fixture rejects it even though all key-policy/delivery checks pass and ProcessFailed is absent.
