Align root/workspace manifests and lock entries, Tauri configuration and Cargo versions for the 1.0.0 stable and preview family. Require a 1.0.0 server for the separately published remote UI while retaining every third-party dependency and the existing local remote-tunnel link. Check committed manifest/lock consistency and stable/prerelease offline workspace installation. OpenCode dependencies, minimum and recommendation remain at 2.1.0; 2.1.1 qualification is deferred by explicit user request. The user explicitly authorized administrator merge and subsequent dev prerelease dispatch. This does not merge #1028 into main or publish a stable release. |
