The server as the application framework, the Android app as its client, the
web UI on the five screens and one visual language for every UI. The engine,
the app (versionCode 45) and the changelog move to 0.30.0 together;
scripts/check-version.sh holds them to the tag. The roadmap and the platform
page record the release and what its device run still owes: the NPU prefill
on the release APK.

The order is the order of dependence, and each step ships on its own.
**Release what is on `main`.** The planner, the parameter table, the macOS port, the desktop
server and the iOS harness are merged and unreleased. A release gets a run on a real device first,
a dry run of the APK workflow since the binaries moved, and the desktop archive tried once on
Windows, where CI compiles the server and nothing has run it. Nothing else lands before the tag.

and one visual language in 0.30.0, after a run of the app on a phone and of the desktop server on
Windows. Owed from that run: the NPU prefill on the release APK, the one build that carries the
Hexagon backend.
**One application framework.** The server is it ([application-framework.md](application-framework.md)).
