Replace the old CarRules 0.52 APK with the voice app's three per-language release APKs (ru/en/fa v0.63) and rewrite the manual as a single page with a RU / EN / FA language switcher (Farsi RTL). Text updated for the current features: offline Vosk voice control (wheel double-press or custom button activation, paid per-VIN), custom wheel button, rear-window heater, trunk open/close, mirror fold/unfold.
